An opportunity has arisen for a full time Credit Controller within our Finance team based in Elgin. Previous Finance or Credit Control experience would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.

Responsibilities
Communicating courteously with customers both by telephone and email
Continually monitor debtor accounts, identifying & chasing all overdue invoices
Continually monitor budget accounts to ensure they are paying an appropriate amount in order to reconcile them at our budget account year end
Arrange cash uplifts and process card payment from customers
Update customer accounts with the appropriate notes after each communication
Ensure all duties are completed on time to a high standard of accuracy
Post monthly statement and reminders
Ensure any accounts that are of concern are brought to management attention
The successful candidate will initially work on a temporary basis for the first 3 months, however providing standards are met, this position will become permanent thereafter.
