Job Description

We are looking for a full-time experienced Credit Controller to join our team. You will be reporting to the Group Credit Manager and working as part of a team of 12. You will manage your own ledger of customers who vary in size from small annual customers to large National accounts.

Duties Include:

Take a proactive role in managing and collecting debts for your own ledger of customers Work closely with all departments across the group to resolve issues The use of customer portals to obtain information and submit invoices Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity Monthly reconciliation of accounts Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries Processing credit card payments Meet KPI's set by the line manager Deal with incoming e-mails across multiple mailboxes Following the company's debt collection processes for escalated unpaid balances

Qualities:

Previous Credit Control experience is essential Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills Computer literate with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook High standard of numeracy and accuracy with attention to detail Reliable, conscientious, and structured A team player with a flexible approach and willingness to learn A pleasant and confident telephone manner Strong organisational & time management skills Use initiative and be pro-active to achieve goals
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 26,000.00 per year
