13 - 15 per hourWe are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our Finance Team on a short-term temporary basis. This role is vital to maintaining the financial health of our organisation by ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts and fostering positive relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage and collect outstanding debts Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses Liaise with clients via phone and email to resolve payment issues Collaborate with internal teams to address account discrepancies Support the Finance Team with ad hoc tasks as required
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in Credit Control is essential Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with telemarketing techniques is beneficial
