The Role

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Credit Controller to join our busy finance team. You'll play a key role in ensuring strong cash collection and management of our direct debit software.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has great communication skills and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring that invoices are paid in a timely manner Chasing overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales Maintaining accurate records of all chasing activity Assisting with ad hoc aged debt reporting Identify changes in payment patterns and propose action Sending client statements and calculating interest due when required. Administration of direct debit software Proactively liaise with Partners to manage debt Assist the finance team as required.

About You

Experience in a similar role Excellent attention to detail Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Confident communicator Able to work independently and manage priorities
