JOR Property Ltd are an established property maintenance company based in Aberdeen.

We are seeking a Full-Time and experienced Credit Controller. Based in our Market Street offices, parking available on site.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of credit control procedures and processes.

You will have an excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills, with a customer focused outlook and be able to work and communicate effectively on your own and as part of a team.

Our finances are handled via web based system Xero, full training will be given.

Potential Role and Responsibilities:

Chasing overdue sales invoices promptly and professionally. Must not be shy of making the many telephone calls required to secure payments Recording and tracking detailed communications with customers Handling invoice disputes and liaising with the team to resolve issues Managing simple procedure court claims Excellent communication skills are required, with a high degree of confidence in applying tactful pressure when required Prioritising work as appropriate and efficiently.

In order to be considered for this role, you must:

Minimum 3 years strong credit control experience Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and co-workers Be highly organised Be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines Have a flexible and positive attitude.
