A leading property investment and management company based in Glasgow City Centre are seeking to recruit an experienced credit controller on a full-time or part-time, permanent basis.

Main duties of the role will be:

Pro-active approach to chasing current and aged debtors Cashiering to be done daily Managing the billing processes ensuring demands are issued in accordance with the lease terms Dealing with tenant queries in a timely manner and clearing problematic balances Reporting and providing detailed commentary on a weekly basis Actioning instructions from the Client, including proposing payment plans Updating and maintaining the tenancies on the system, implementing changes where instructed. Other general o?ce duties as required
Ideal candidates will have experience in credit control although property management experience is not essential. However, strong computer skills, particularly in the use of MS O?ce would be of great value.

A ?exible "can do" attitude is a pre-requisite as is the ability to work on your own initiative and develop the role to meet the increasing demands of the business.
