The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented

Credit Controller

to join our team. Whether you're looking for full-time stability or part-time flexibility, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the financial operations of a thriving property business.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

Taking a hands-on approach to managing current and aged debtors Daily cashiering and reconciliation of accounts Overseeing billing processes and ensuring rent demands align with lease terms Resolving tenant queries efficiently and professionally Producing weekly reports with insightful commentary for stakeholders Liaising with clients and implementing payment plans where necessary Maintaining and updating tenancy records and system data Supporting the wider office team with general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

Experienced in credit control (property sector experience is a bonus, not a must) Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently Flexible, with a positive "can-do" attitude and a willingness to adapt as the business grows
