Credit Controller

Refresco - Kegworth Head Office

Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5 pm and Friday 8:30 am - 4 pm

Key responsibilities:

Manage customer accounts as directed by the Credit Manager, ensuring effective cash collection to support working capital targets. Chase outstanding invoices, resolve payment issues, and post cash receipts and credit notes promptly to maintain Sales Ledger accuracy. Investigate and resolve customer deductions and disputes, keeping outstanding queries below 150 and escalating unresolved issues as needed. Oversee customer setup, including credit checks and alerts, and manage daily cash balancing and related queries. Support monthly credit note provision and reporting by providing accurate invoice and debit note data to the Credit Manager. Lead daily billing and EDI processes, ensuring timely, accurate invoicing and resolving transmission issues; prepare weekly cash forecasts and escalate discrepancies.

About you
