Working in our Head office based in Leeds, The Lanes Group needs an experienced Credit Controller to join our Credit Control Department.

About the role:

Location: Element House, Ring Road, Lower Wortley, Leeds, LS12 6AB Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week Salary: 28000 dependent on experience

Responsibilities - but not limited to:

Chasing cash by phone/email Credit Limit Dunning letters Debt meetings with manager and depots Building internal relationships and external relationships with customers Reviewing on stop accounts Escalating queries for resolvement with the depots Team project work

Experience and qualifications required for the role:

We are looking for someone who can prioritise their time efficiently, self motivated and confident to handle challenges IT efficient Data Inputting Skills Excellent communication skills via phone and email
