We are looking for a Credit Controller to join an existing team on a full time, permanent basis -

this is an office based position

located at our modern purpose built offices in Seacroft.

What will you be doing?



Taking and fielding calls, chasing debt via phone and email. Working with our Credit Insurer and making sure processes are followed, minimizing credit risk on the ledger you manage. Resolving queries quickly and efficiently, maintaining relationships with clients, the sales team and internal stakeholders Escalating any ongoing issues to your line manager Processing payment and allocating cash correctly on Sage 200 Contact customers via phone and email to follow up on outstanding payments Analyse customer accounts and payment terms Process and allocate payments accurately Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions with customers Collaborate with the accounts payable, customer service and sales teams to resolve payment discrepancies Utilise accounting software to track financial transactions Keep your own accounts in order and support colleagues
