Employment Contract for 1 year Maternity Cover. We are looking for a Credit Controller for our UK and French Finance business line.

What this job involves:

You will join our Credit Control team on a 12 Month FTC (Fixed Term Contract). The role will be split credit control activities across the UK & France, meaning we require individuals wishing to apply to be bi-lingual with fluent French speaking skills. You will join a passionate and collaborative team who pride themselves on providing the highest level of client care & satisfaction.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Responsible for own region/group within JLL
• Meet cash and debtor targets set by Business
• Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner \xe2\x80\x93 complying with set credit terms
• Chase overdue invoices by phone email letters within agreed timescales
• Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity
• Monitor disputes with Business/clients to ensure resolved in a timely manner
• Respond promptly to internal/external clients\xe2\x80\x99 requests
• Work closely with the Business and provide debtors reports - weekly
• Escalate queries
• Escalate delinquent debtors
• Advise Business on credit control matters, Best Business Practice and Policies
• Work closely with the Accounts Receivable team (JLL shared service centre)
• Provide ad hoc updates/reporting where required
• Build and maintain relationships with internal/external clients, at all levels

Required Experience:

• Demonstrable experience in Credit Control
• Excellent written and verbal communication \xe2\x80\x93 English and fluent French
• The ability to work in a team and individually
• Sound IT skills including Intermediate Excel
• Sound decision making
• Good attention to detail, and organised
• Time management
• Work under pressure and to deadlines
• Confident individual

Desired or Preferred Experience:

• Property/Professional Services background preferred-but not essential
