Credit Controller
Job Description
Are you an experienced Credit Controller, or someone with strong transferable skills who's looking to take the next step in your finance career? Our client, a well-established business based in Luton, is searching for a motivated and confident individual to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The company uses SAP, so experience with the system is highly desirable - though full training can be provided for candidates with the right attitude and aptitude.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and reducing aged debt through effective communication with customers Building strong relationships to ensure timely payment and resolve queries Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts Producing and reviewing debtor reports Working closely with internal teams to improve processes and resolve issues Ensuring credit control processes are followed in line with company policies
What We're Looking For
Previous
Credit Control experience
orstrongtransferable skills
such as customer service, collections, banking, or finance administration Confident communicator with a proactive, resilient, and positive approach Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working to deadlines and managing your own ledger Experience usingSAP
