We're currently looking for a

credit controller

to join our team.

, minimising the hassle for schools to let out their facilities and our team provide an excellent customer experience to the groups who hire those facilities.



As a valued member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with the Finance Controller and wider business to ensure strong financial control and the implementation of robust processes.



The role will be responsible for:

Liaising with hirers to ensure payments are up to date Proactively chasing aged and current debt via email and telephone Resolving customer queries and problematic accounts in a timely manner Reconciling customer accounts Implementation and regular review of processes to drive improved performance Liaising with the support team to resolve issues delaying payment Daily bank reconciliation and allocation of payments to customer accounts Accountability for KPIs associated with this role



Key Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in credit control is essential Experience implementing new processes to drive change Confident speaking to external customers and building strong rapport Problem solving mind-set and well organised Confident challenging internal stakeholders
