The services are provided by over 60 franchisees with geographical coverage across the UK. Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.

What does it entail?

You will manage an extensive ledger on a day-to-day basis to ensure maximum cash collection, whilst highlighting and managing potential financial risk to the business and contributing towards achieving financial targets and corporate objectives.


This is the perfect role for someone who is used to having difficult conversations with customers over the phone. Being part of a well-established and successful team, you will be focused on managing current debt. Working to strict SLA's and KPI's, this role requires someone proactive, confident and thorough.

What do we look for?

Experienced Credit Controller Sage 200 experience Previous experience within an office/call centre environment Driven and keen interest in cash collection and debt reduction KPI / results driven Ability to multi-task Advanced literacy and numeracy Advanced IT skills Resilience - able to have tough conversations Ability to build rapport quickly Ability to work under pressure to tight timescales Ability to make clear decisions / think clearly when under pressure Strong team player
