We are looking for a
motivated and organised Credit Controller
to join our busy accounts department on a part-time basis. This role offers excellent flexibility, allowing the successful candidate to structure their working hours around their personal commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out all standard credit control duties, including:
Managing customer accounts and outstanding balances
Sending statements and payment reminders
Making collection calls and following up on overdue invoices
Allocating payments and reconciling accounts
Liaise professionally with customers and internal teams
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication on account status
Additional Duties
As part of our accounts team, you may also assist with:
Purchase Ledger
tasks during busy periods
Vehicle administration
, supporting our wider operational needs
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in credit control or a related accounts role
Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
Good attention to detail and the ability to work independently
A flexible, team-focused approach
