Job Title: Credit Controller

market leaders in the transportation industry, we provide software solutions in the shipping and logistics industry.

We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Credit Controller to join our Credit Control team to offer support to our franchise network within the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the debtors list and calling customers to collect outstanding debts, whilst maintaining customer relationships. Posting payments to customer ledgers. Processing credit card payments. Resolving concerns and queries. Other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills / Experiences:

Understanding of matching and posting payments against customer ledgers Attention to detail Friendly, enthusiastic and a good team player Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to remain calm when faced with difficult situations Self-motivated and willing to take initiative Experience of MS Windows applications in particular Word, Excel and Outlook.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, there are excellent transport links nearby, Metrolink into Manchester and Rochdale just 5 minutes walk from the office. The M62 is just a 5 minute drive from the office.
