We are now seeking an experienced and driven

Credit Controller

to join our Commercial team at our Rochester head office.

As our new

Credit Controller

, you will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring positive client relationships while safeguarding cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively chase outstanding invoices via phone, email, and written correspondence Allocate incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve invoice disputes and queries Produce regular aged debt reports and escalate problem accounts Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our finance systems

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role (2+ years preferred) Strong communication skills -- confident, clear, and customer-focused High level of accuracy and attention to detail Good working knowledge of Excel Ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,717.00-32,000.00 per year
