We are a family owned business, based in Sittingbourne. We are looking to recruit on a credit controller on a part-time basis. We are looking for someone to work around 30 hours across 5 days a week in our offices. An ideal opportunity for someone re-entering the workforce. Key Responsibilities

Contacting clients for payment and allocate receipts. Deal with clients queries Send out letters of demand Administer debtor account reviews Set up new customer credit in accordance with the company's credit policy and liaise with our credit insurance company Raise job numbers for new jobs Record payment notifications to support weekly cash forecasting. Where necessary, initiate steps to recover outstanding debts effectively. Support other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

About you

You have at least 3 years experience in credit control role You can stay calm and focused, even under pressure You communicate clearly and confidently with customers and colleagues You pay close attention to detail and take pride in accuracy
Pay: 25,000 - 27,000 per annum, Pro Rata
