Definition & Scope
A credit controller who is organised and confident in chasing debt on the phone and making high volumes of calls. Manage the sales ledger to minimise the organisation's exposure to late payment and bad debt by regularly performing credit review on customer accounts using Experian credit reports within company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Chasing debt via phone and email
Liaising with customers resolving complex queries
Opening accounts and credit checking new and existing customers
Making sure customer are trading within their assigned limits
Key Skills
An ideal candidate would be someone who has 3 years' experience of credit control and working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 31,000.00-32,000.00 per year
