As we continue to grow, we are searching for enthusiastic and motivated individuals ready to start a rewarding career with us as a Credit Controller at our office in Southend-on-Sea.

The Person

The successful candidate can demonstrate excellent client communication skills, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, possess strong administrative skills, an ability to work to strict deadlines and handle a large and varied caseload.

The Job

Your responsibilities would include, but would not be limited to:

Liaising with debtors & mortgage companies Liaising directly with the tenants Processing Letter Before Action's Chasing Housing Associations for overdue invoices Carrying out Land Registry searches Running weekly reports Carry out an arrears report twice a month Monitoring payment plan diaries Updating debtor accounts using our in-house system Daily banking Issuing reminder letters

What you need:

Previous credit control experience (preferred) Previous property management knowledge (desirable) Confident working with Microsoft Office application

Job location:

Southend-on-Sea, Essex

Hours:

37.5 hours per week shift pattern covering Monday to Saturday

Salary:

Competitive with an annual review
