We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Credit Controller to join our collaborative Finance team at Omniplex Learning. This role is central to maintaining a healthy cash flow, improving reporting, and reducing bad debt. You'll work closely with Sales and the wider Finance team to manage the full credit control cycle and take ownership of the sales ledger.

Proven experience in credit control and sales ledger management Strong internal and external relationship-building skills Confident using ERP systems A proactive, persuasive, and results-driven approach Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Broader finance assistant experience (e.g. bank reconciliations, VAT knowledge)

About The Role

You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end credit control process, from raising invoices to reconciling accounts and reporting. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and the opportunity to drive process improvements.



Raise and issue accurate invoices and credit notes using Salesforce and NetSuite Manage a sales ledger of 4,000+ accounts, ensuring data integrity and reconciliations Build strong customer relationships and chase overdue payments Partner with Sales to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes Prepare reports and KPIs on aged debt, collections, and invoice volumes Support month-end processes and wider finance tasks as needed Suggest and implement improvements to credit control processes
