Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Credit Controller to join our collaborative Finance team at Omniplex Learning.

As our Credit Controller, you will be central to maintaining a healthy cash flow, improving reporting, and reducing bad debt. You'll work closely with the Senior Credit Controller, Sales and wider finance team to support the full credit control cycle.

What will you do?




As our Credit Controller, you will:

Support our end-to-end credit control process Play a key role in the recovery of aged debt - you're not afraid to use the phone and chase overdue payments in a timely and professional manner Build strong customer relationships, supporting and resolving queries related to invoices and credit notes Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes Support with preparing reports and KPIs on aged debt, collections, and invoice volumes Support month-end processes and wider finance tasks as needed

Proven experience in credit control and sales ledger management Strong internal and external relationship-building skills Natural resilience and tenacity when dealing with recovering aged debt Confident using Financial Systems (Salesforce and NetSuite are a strong bonus!) A proactive, persuasive, and results-driven approach Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
