Leading Digital Marketing Agency in Stoke-on-Trent looking for a Credit Controller to join the team. You will be responsible for Liaison with debtors(our clients) to verify receipt of invoices, address queries and chase cash collection. Full product knowledge training will be provided.

Role & Responsibilities

Liaison with debtors of our clients to verify receipt of invoices, address queries and chase cash collection. Assistance with cash allocation where required. Occasional ad-hoc administration tasks. To raise the profile of the firm by ensuring clients expectations are continually exceeded. Use own initiative to resolve issues and assist team members where possible, by providing a range of solutions and seeking advice where necessary. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) Good numerical and analytical skills Organisational skills essential Good IT skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Confident individual Demonstrates attention to detail and a high concern for accuracy Demonstrates an appreciation of the importance of teamwork and responds willingly to all team members reasonable requests Keen interest in Finance. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 4.30pm. Friday 9.30am to 3.30pm
