Frylite Solutions are currently recruiting for a

Credit Controller (Fixed Term)

to join the team in Strabane.

About the Role:



It is the responsibility of the Credit Controller to ensure targets set for the credit control team are being reached, to respond effectively to customer queries and to liaise both internally and externally effectively to resolve any issues and to proactively highlight concerns/potential problem in the accounts. The successfully candidate will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, therefore the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders is an integral part of this role within the Credit Control Team.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday- 38.5 hours per week. Monday-Thursday- 9.00am-5.30pm and Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm

Contract Type:

12 Months Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:



Manage outbound calls to Frylite Solution's customers on scheduled daily routes and runs Answer and manage inbound calls from customers and other Frylite Solution's departments, helping to ensure queries are answered or escalated Processing of credit card payments Processing BACs payments to customer accounts Managing customer queries that come into the Credit Control inbox / Personal Inbox, ensuring customer queries are responded to in a professional and timely manner Sending copy of Invoices / Statements / Credit Notes Managing the CRM system to close out Queries from other internal departments Assist other teams with internal queries as required Additional duties as required to help with cover within the Credit Control Team Demonstrating Frylite Solutions Values and Behaviours each day.

Essential Criteria:



A minimum of 1 Year Credit Control experience dealing with high volume transactions Previous experience handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls Strong administration and IT Skills Good organisational skills Strong commercial awareness Excellent communication skills to liaise with the wider team and customers over the phone Willing to work collaboratively with the wider Credit Control Team to build strong working relationships Ability to demonstrate how you have lived Frylite Solutions' Values in a previous role- Relationships, Respect, Work Ethic, Success & Excellence.

Desirable Criteria:



Experience using Excel/Sage would be advantageous A qualification in Credit Control would be desirable but not essential if previous experience is possessed
