We are seeking an experienced and proactive Credit Controller to join our Finance Department. Reporting to the Head of Revenues, you will play a key role in the efficient operation of the University's Fees Office, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial services to students and internal departments.

You will be responsible for managing student and commercial debt collection processes, issuing invoices and credit notes, and maintaining accurate financial records in compliance with University policies and procedures. The role also includes supporting the Head of Revenues with team supervision, resolving fee-related queries, coordinating with external funding bodies, and liaising across departments to support the student experience.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in credit control within a financial environment, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a strong attention to detail. Experience in higher education, accounts receivable, and staff supervision is desirable.
