Job Description


Opportunity for a Credit Controller to join a growing and innovative business based in Sale. This role will offer a salary up to \xc2\xa327,000 depending on experience.

Credit Controller responsibilities include:

  • Making high volume telephone calls to customers to facilitate payments
  • Aim to reduce debt and average debtor days
  • The logging and tracking of queries using a computerised CRM
  • Working with the finance team to escalate issues when payments have not been made
  • The creation of electronic communication with clients and customers to confirm agreements and actions
  • The actioning of letters within the system as required to chase payment
  • Ad-hoc Credit Control duties as required

The candidate will have:
  • Experience working within a Credit Control function - Required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
  • High attention to detail - Required
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational and time-management skills - Required
  • Ability to work well alone or as part of a team - Required
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
