As a

Credit Controller

based in

Warwick

you'll be responsible for:


Monitoring outstanding debts and following up on overdue accounts to maintain a positive cash flow Liaising with customers to ensure timely payments and build strong relations to facilitate ongoing business Building client relationships, resulting in customer satisfaction, retention and growth Proactively managing overdue accounts, implementing company procedures Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices Processing payments and keep customer records up to date

This is a full-time, hybrid role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm. You will have the opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming team who enjoy helping each other and sharing knowledge.

And here's what we'd like you to have:

Experience in a customer service role, preferably a role that involves speaking with customers over the phone or in a face to face environment Organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Computer literate and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel/Teams) Experience working towards targets and KPIs Credit Control experience is desirable You may be put off applying because you don't tick every box - If you're excited about the opportunity to work with us, but aren't sure if you're 100% there yet, get in touch anyway.
