Key Responsibilities:
Chasing aged debt via telephone and email
Managing customer queries, including sending copy invoices, proof of delivery, and credit notes
Supporting customers with credit and account queries
Payment allocation and reconciliation
Ad-hoc credit control and general office duties
Till reconciliations and resolving related queries
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in credit control
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong time management and organisational skills
IT literate with good working knowledge of computer systems
Logical, methodical, and able to prioritise effectively
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline

Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
