About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated

Credit Controller

to join our team in Watford. In this role, you will take full responsibility for managing and chasing aged debt across a portfolio of approximately

700 customer accounts

, ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Chasing aged debt via telephone and email Managing customer queries, including sending copy invoices, proof of delivery, and credit notes Supporting customers with credit and account queries Payment allocation and reconciliation Ad-hoc credit control and general office duties Till reconciliations and resolving related queries

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in credit control

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong time management and organisational skills IT literate with good working knowledge of computer systems Logical, methodical, and able to prioritise effectively Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
