We are seeking a highly organised Credit Controller/Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Responsibilities



To take control of the chasing of unpaid invoices and customer accounts. Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed

Experience



Previous office experience or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good understanding of clerical procedures and office management practices Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 10,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week

Work Location: In person
