We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Credit Controller/Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in sage software, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Responsibilities
To take control of the chasing of unpaid invoices and customer accounts. A knowledge of SAGE accounts is essential
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
Experience
Previous office experience or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good understanding of credit control including following through with debt letters and legal proceedings
Good understanding of clerical procedures and office management practices
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 6,349.20-6,786.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
