Credit Hire Recoveries Handler
to join our growing team on a full time basis.

The role involves working as part of a team to handle credit hire, recovery and storage invoices.
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves assisting the lead solicitor with:
Handling a caseload of credit hire, recovery and storage claims.
Issuing and managing new payment packs.
Negotiating and recovering the cost of credit hire, recovery and storage invoices from third party insurers.
Handling inbound and outbound calls from third party insurers in relation to hire, recovery and storage payment packs.
Communicating effectively with clients, third party insurers and solicitors.
Reviewing liability and gathering supporting evidence (witness statements, CCTV, DashCam footage etc)
The ability to effectively negotiate with third party insurers to reach favourable settlements
Essential Skills & Experience:
Credit Hire knowledge, including RTA protocols.
Confident user of MS Office, especially Word, Outlook and Excel.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Strong organisational and time-management ability.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Able to perform under pressure.
Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
Professional and reliable with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work proactively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
