The Role
As a Credit Management Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our credit control processes by managing customer accounts, processing payments, and resolving queries to ensure smooth financial operations. This position is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
The Candidate
This role requires someone with previous experience in a position involving fast and accurate data input and working with numbers. You'll need strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and ideally an understanding of the sales ledger or credit function. While full training will be provided on our processes, your ability to quickly learn, manage priorities, and maintain accuracy in a busy environment is essential.
