Job Title Credit Risk Manager - 3rd Party Oversight

What does a Credit/Risk Manager - 3rd Party Oversight do?

You will have an opportunity to manage 3rd party clients such as Payment Facilitators (PFAC\xe2\x80\x99s) & Retail & Wholesale Independent Sales organizations (RISO/WISO). You will be responsible for oversight for this portfolio across EMEA driving a best-in-class mentality. Working in collaboration with key internal/external stakeholders. Exposure to the various elements of the role which will include Underwriting, Credit risk, Regulatory & Compliance, Schemes and Legal etc.

As a Credit/Risk Manager - 3rd Party Oversight, responsibilities will include but not exclusive to:

• Plan and execute audits in accordance with appropriate program standards and credit policy.
• Communicating with many different organizations, interacting with CEO\xe2\x80\x99s, CFO\xe2\x80\x99s, COO\xe2\x80\x99s, various other levels of staff within each client\xe2\x80\x99s organization including internal stakeholder engagement.
• Keep up to date with Card Scheme rules and be subject matter expert for all enquiries relating to technical reporting and oversight requirements for 3rd parties.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of third-party audit and oversight processes.
• Performing in-depth audits, in-depth reviews, and financial analysis.
• Work system generated alerts (VIG, CreditPRO).
• Working with legacy and new technology solutions and being involved in ongoing development and implementations.
• Providing input to overall department policies and procedures.
• Underwriting of new third-party clients
• Lead the EMEA Third Party Governance Forum monthly meetings.
• Attend operational and manager meetings on a weekly basis.
• Provide inputs into the ERCC & ARCC monthly meetings.
• Provide support when required to other areas of the C&R team.

Basic qualifications for considerations:

• Previous experience of merchant acquiring, credit card issuing or processing, internal auditing, or ISO (Independent Sales Organization) industry experience
• Knowledge of the Credit Risk lifecycle
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Strong English skills (both verbal and writing)
