Location: Reading or Leicester with hybrid working Salary: 55,000pa
We are looking for someone to provide the Head of Asset Finance Credit with administrative support and ensure all credit application details are accurately recorded and that all applications comply with Lending Policy.
You would also ensure that all post sanction administration procedures are timely and compliant with Banks policies and procedures.
If you have previous experience in Asset Finance Underwriting, especially for small ticket items, then we would love to hear from you!
About you
For this role you will need the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in underwriting and working knowledge of lending principles, credit analysis and underwriting methodologies for small ticket transactions.
Knowledge of the asset finance commercial environment and sector specialism including asset finance flow lending and the SME market.
An understanding of the relevant rules under the financial services acts
The ability to interpret and implement relevant guidance, ensuring compliance and due regard is paid to the interests of our customers.
A good understanding of Conduct Risk and Treating Customers Fairly requirements relevant to credit operations.
