What will you be doing?



We're seeking a talented individual to join our growing Restructuring & Recovery Services (RRS) team in London as Creditor Services Administrator.

As Creditor Services Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others



Support the National RRS Creditor Services partner & senior managers Managing pre-engagement workflows including conflicts of interest & AML/KYC processes Important desktop investigation work for the team & external clients Lodgement of key documents; proof of debt & proxy forms Organising, managing & attending client credit forum meetings Managing incoming correspondence & communications, responding to client queries Assist in the preparation & distribution of client reports Liaise with the RRS national team


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should



Experience in an insolvency or finance-related administrative role is desirable Strong organisational skills & attention to detail Excellent written & verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple tasks & meet strict deadlines A team player with a proactive & flexible approach An interest or experience in a professional business development environment
