Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organizing the kitchen Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not essential. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders effectively. Familiarity with food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges within the kitchen environment.
