Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to promote cricket at the grassroots level. Organize and oversee cricket development programs and initiatives. Work closely with schools, clubs, and other organizations to increase participation in cricket. Identify and nurture talented young players to support their progression in the sport. Collaborate with coaching staff to deliver high-quality training sessions and workshops. Assist in the organization of cricket tournaments and events. Monitor and evaluate the impact of cricket development activities. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cricket development.

Qualifications

Passion for cricket and a strong understanding of the game. Previous experience in cricket coaching or development roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
