Help shape the future of cricket's workforce in Warwickshire!
As our Cricket Employability Senior Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting newly qualified coaches as they take their first steps into volunteering and paid work within cricket and the wider sports sector. Working closely with colleagues across the Warwickshire Cricket Foundation, schools, clubs and community partners, you'll guide coach development from every angle: training, placements, progression, evaluation and welfare. This is a hands-on role where your coaching knowledge, communication skills and passion for helping young people will make a meaningful difference.
