About the Role




Ensure accurate and accessible guidance on academic regulations and assessment processes for staff, higher education students, and external stakeholders. Lead a small team within the University's Academic Registry to deliver high-quality administration across the student lifecycle. Focus on assessment and assessment periods, regulatory compliance, operating procedures, and continuous improvement to meet operational priorities. Support production, processing, and accurate recording of assessments and associated records. Assist with enrolment, graduation, and committee and meeting administration as part of the wider Academic Registry team.



About You



Experience of working within busy administrative role in an HE institution or comparable large, complex organisation. Demonstrable interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Word, Teams, Outlook and Excel Ability to plan, organise and complete work to deadlines and cope well under pressure Experience producing and applying guidance for routine decisions and making and supporting others to make non-routine decisions Experience of managing colleagues to achieve tasks
