We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Criminal Investigator to join our law enforcement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into criminal activities, gathering evidence, and supporting legal proceedings. Responsibilities

Conduct detailed investigations into criminal cases, including interviews, surveillance, and evidence collection Analyse information and develop strategies for case resolution Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings, evidence, and recommendations Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies and legal professionals to ensure effective case management Present findings in court proceedings as required Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal standards during all investigative activities Lead investigation teams when necessary, providing guidance and oversight Utilise various investigative tools and technologies to support case work

Experience

Proven experience in criminal investigation or law enforcement is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership skills in managing investigation teams or projects Strong report writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation Experience using investigative software and technology tools is advantageous Prior experience in court testimony or legal proceedings is a plus
