Duties

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents and contracts Providing clear and strategic legal advice to clients and internal teams Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings when necessary Conducting legal research to stay abreast of current laws and regulations Managing case files efficiently and maintaining accurate records Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and organisational policies Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders Participating in meetings, seminars, and professional development activities to enhance expertise

Experience

Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with relevant practising certificate recognised in the jurisdiction Proven experience in negotiation is highly desirable Demonstrable track record of handling diverse legal cases or transactions Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an aptitude for clear articulation of complex legal concepts Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
