Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court filings. Conduct thorough research on legal precedents and case law to support client cases. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case progress. Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients. Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal practices relevant to your area of expertise.

Experience

Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate. Proven experience in negotiation and dispute resolution is essential. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude towards professional development and continuing education in law.
