37 hours per week. The service operates 10am-10pm 7 days per week, 365 days of the year. The shifts can be 10am-6pm or 2-10pm. Some staff prefer to work 10-10 which can be accommodated. You will be required to work flexibly and to work weekends and late shifts (2-10).

Right now, our Community Crisis service in Blackpool is looking for someone like you to support people in the community, concentrating on their personal goals and aspirations. Not only are we committed to putting them at the heart of everything we do, we recognise they should be involved in decisions that affect their future too. That's why we need you to inspire and support them to lead their own recovery.
The chances are, you already work in the mental health field. What is for certain is that you're caring, consistent, flexible and creative, work well under pressure, know how to connect with people at all levels and, like us, are keen to break down the stigma of mental health.
This role is being recruited for on a rolling basis.
What You'll Do
Duties will include:
Liaising with clinical teams to discuss referrals and clinical presentation of service users, leading on risk management and safety planning for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis and introducing therapeutic tools and interventions to services users tailored to their particular needs.
Entering accurate case notes onto our IT system.
Regularly liaising with GP surgeries, the local council, charities etc. or promoting the service within the community.
