As CRM Coordinator you support the CRM team for UK and Europe in the ongoing success of the business. You will support in executing the CRM program including leading the end-to-end process of email channel, but also supporting on other CRM channels including; direct mail, SMS, push notifications, whilst working closely with the digital and marketing team. You will channel your creative mind to produce consumer centric content for our newsletter.



It is a role very much suited to someone is willing to learn; ready to take ownership of executing multi-channel campaigns and take full advantage of the opportunity to develop your knowledge of CRM and gain a unique insight into a multi-channel business.

What Will You Do?





Create E-CRM contact plan, including briefing & managing the email end-to-end process alongside EU markets and Regional CRM Manager Supporting on Customer Exclusive promotion planning, documentation and set up in relevant legacy systems Support with direct mail specification briefs for the design team, including writing copy for all CRM-related marketing collateral & brainstorming with the regional team CRM Communication set-up and execution in CRM automation platform (Adobe Campaign) including workflow build, delivery scheduling and automation across Email, SMS and Direct Mail channels. Set up workflows for email and Direct mail communications for EU markets Managing end to end Direct Mail proofing process between external printer stakeholders and local market teams Support on CRM reporting - weekly, monthly, campaign and adhoc. Be first point of contact for Local CRM Project leads on adhoc questions Develop and implement an ongoing Test/Learn communication plan for each customer type Strategy development support alongside Regional CRM Manager

The Perfect Candidate:





Previous experience in a similar role required Strong project management/organisational skills. Great attention to detail. Marketing flair and good copywriting skills. Excellent spoken and written English. Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint. ESP experience such as Adobe Campaign would be an advantage. Knowledge of printing production processes would be helpful. Pro-active and analytical individual looking for a next step in her/his marketing career. Must be used to working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. A degree in Marketing would be beneficial
