Free Courses in England is one of the leading learner find agencies in the UK and we are currently looking to hire a CRM Developer to join our busy Marketing and Administration team.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, our CRM (HubSpot) is taking on an increasingly important role within the business and is becoming more critical to the company's growth and development.
As the CRM Developer, your primary role will be to drive the growth, configuration and development of our HubSpot platform. You will take ownership of the system to plan, implement and utilise each specific Hub, including Operations, Marketing and Sales.
Key responsibilities:
Working closely with the CRM Manager and marketing team to recommend and implement best practices within HubSpot Utilise workflows and integrations to automate key business processes Support and develop adviser pipeline management and customer service process Creating reports and dashboards for Marketing, Sales and Management Increase lead to learner conversion rate by implementing all sales, operations and customer service Hubspot features
What we are looking for:
An experienced understanding of all aspects of HubSpot configuration and technical capabilities Expert technical, project management, and analytical skills 3+ years experience of working with HubSpot Comfortable in presenting and training on Hubspot A strong attention to detail
