We are seeking an experienced CRM Development Leadto drive the development, optimisation, and innovation of our CRM systems at ZIGUP. This role is crucial in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance CRM solutions that align with our business objectives, enhance customer experiences, and drive operational efficiency.


As a CRM Development Lead, you will play a key role in defining the technical roadmap, ensuring best practices in cloud-hosted CRM solutions, DevOps pipelines, and API integrations. You will oversee one contractor developer, collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and ensure the successful automation and integration of CRM functionalities with ERP, marketing automation tools, and customer support systems.


This position requires technical leadership, hands-on development, and strategic decision-making to enhance system performance, reliability, and security. Your expertise in data governance, compliance regulations, and CRM architecture will be critical in ensuring we meet both business needs and industry standards.

Salary

- Up to 55,000 per annum based on experience.

Annual Leave

About You

You will bring 5+ years of demonstrable experience in CRM development, working with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or HubSpot in a complex business environment. You have a strong understanding of software development methodologies, Agile practices, and DevOps principles, enabling you to contribute effectively in an agile environment. Your technical leadership skills and ability to mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and define best practices will set you apart in this role. You demonstrate strong programming skills in C#, Java Script, Python, or TypeScript, alongside experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and APIs (RESTful and SOAP). You have proven experience integrating CRM systems with ERP, marketing automation tools, and customer support systems, optimizing business efficiency and customer engagement. Your expertise in Azure, database management (SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB), and CI/CD pipelines with version control (Git) ensures efficient CRM application deployment and maintenance. You possess a track record of successfully delivering CRM transformation projects and the ability to design and optimise scalable CRM architectures.
