We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our LATAM team, focusing primarily on the Brazilian market. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a newly regulated, fast-moving market, with visibility across high-profile campaigns and close collaboration with Lottery and Casino.


What you will do:




Deliver CRM campaigns tailored to the LATAM market, ensuring compliance with local regulation. Support both Lottery and Casino, helping to drive cross-sell and player engagement. Manage campaign processes end-to-end: planning, briefing, testing, QA, and reporting. Double-check all content for accuracy and compliance before deployment. Work closely with the commercial and product teams to improve performance. Contribute to flagship campaigns, including the New Year Lottery.

Who you are:




Someone who is adaptable, resilient, and motivated by challenges. A genuine passion for CRM and marketing, with the desire to build a long-term career in this space. Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a small, close-knit environment (two executives currently). Ideally 1-2 years' CRM or marketing experience (CRM preferred, but broader marketing experience also considered). Gaming/iGaming experience is an advantage. Ideally able to speak Portuguese or Spanish, but potentially okay if not. Must be comfortable working with Portuguese-language content (team support is available).
