As our CRM Marketing Executive, you'll create and deliver data-driven campaigns that grow our loyalty base, boost e-commerce sales, and drive bookings across our pubs and boutique rooms. You'll need to think strategically, move quickly, and collaborate with teams across the business. Travel to our Brewery near Bristol will be essential.

What you'll do:

Deliver engaging, creative email campaigns that grow signups and increase spend. Segment and optimise campaigns, testing content, offers, and timing to maximise ROI. Support e-commerce sales through tactical, fast-turn campaigns. Nurture loyalty members with lifecycle communications to drive repeat visits. Re-engage lapsed members with targeted offers. Work with the CRM Marketing Manager to drive bookings and boost brand engagement. Report on performance and continually optimise activity.

What you'll need:

Marketing experience (hospitality background a plus). Hands-on knowledge of email marketing platforms (MailChimp, Klaviyo, Atreemo). Strong copywriting, organisation, and stakeholder management skills. Access to transport and flexibility to travel to Wrington and pubs when needed. Manage marketing spend to ensure it stays within budget and delivers value for money. Develop detailed reporting to demonstrate the value and results of email activities, showcasing clear ROI and the impact on the business.
