Why this role matters:
We're looking for a strategic, hands-on
CRM & Media Manager
to drive customer growth, engagement, and retention across our global Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business, with a key focus on the UK, US, and EU. You'll sit at the intersection of data, insight, and creative execution -- working across CRM and paid media to deliver performance through best-in-class customer journeys and campaigns.
What you'll be doing:
Customer & Data Strategy
Own and evolve our first-party data strategy across acquisition, activation, and loyalty.
Lead customer insight reporting to influence decisions across DTC, marketing, and wider teams.
Ensure data integration and hygiene across platforms (DTC, CX, media, etc.).
CRM & Email Marketing
Manage our CRM agency, overseeing campaign planning, delivery, and reporting.
Build and optimise email communications (campaigns and automations) in Ometria.
Refine customer journeys to increase engagement, conversion, and retention.
Collaborate with CX on delivering a seamless customer experience.
Paid Media Strategy
Own the media agency relationship and co-develop data-driven, insight-led strategies.
Lead media planning across paid channels, aligning with commercial goals.
Brief creative assets and collaborate with Marketing on high-impact campaigns.
Collaboration & Reporting
Partner with DTC, Marketing, Content, and CX teams for integrated planning.
Present regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Advise on CRM and data strategy for brand partnerships and activations.
What you'll bring:
4+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or media roles -- ideally in DTC, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
Proven experience using Ometria or similar CRM tools.
Solid understanding of segmentation, customer journeys, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
Experience managing agencies and briefing performance-focused creative.
Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
A customer-first mindset and passion for data-led marketing.
Confidence in turning insights into clear, impactful actions.
A proactive, collaborative approach with a drive for continuous improvement.
High attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
