Outsauced Media is growing - and we're looking for an experienced, creative, and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team full time.

This role sits within our Social Team - the people who keep our client accounts running like a dream. From creating copy that Shakespeare would be proud of to community engagement and reporting, they're the steady hands behind every post, comment and campaign.

We're a creative digital marketing agency based in Wilmslow, Cheshire. At Outsauced, we believe that good marketing starts with real, human stories. We work with businesses across a huge range of industries (including a few you wouldn't expect to be exciting - but trust us, we find the sparkle in everyone) and we do it all with a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, kindness and a teaspoon of sass.

You'll be joining a close-knit team that genuinely collaborates, including our in-house Content Team, who handle everything from filming to graphics, editing and visuals. While your role will be focused on the day to day running of social management, there's always space to bring your creative ideas to the table and be part of the wider planning process.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing client accounts across multiple platforms Writing clear, engaging, and on-brand copy Creating content plans aligned with each client's goals and tone of voice Community management and inbox engagement Tracking performance, analysing data and reporting insights Supporting on social strategy and campaign ideation Collaborating closely with the Content Team to ensure alignment between copy and visuals
We'd Love to Hear From You If You:

Have experience managing multiple social media accounts, ideally within an agency setting Are confident working independently and communicating with clients Can write with clarity and personality across a range of brand voices Stay on top of platform updates, trends and best practices Are organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Know how to balance creativity with strategic thinking Genuinely enjoy being part of a team and contributing to shared success
